Hi all,

This is a quick update from ilm publishing.  We had to shift printers from India (which was the cheaper option) back to UK for efficiency's sake.  The cost to ourselves has increased.  However, given the amount of time everyone has been waiting i think this was the wiser option to take.  The proof should be with me tomorrow or Saturday.  If that is fine, the books will be available for distribution come 3-4 weeks later.

A quick update on the book front....  the books have been printed and are now ready for dispatch so should be with the main distributor shortly.  Those that have already paid will be sent their copy first and foremost.
